If your teeth are crooked or crowded or if you have a bad bite, you may not like the idea of wearing metal braces to straighten your smile. Luckily, there is another option available. Ask Dr. Michael Sabat about Invisalign® in Parma and Brecksville, Ohio. Invisalign uses clear, discreet aligners to straighten your teeth.

How Does Invisalign Work?
Our orthodontist will have a consultation with you to determine your smile needs and goals. If Invisalign is right for you, digital images will be taken of your teeth so that your treatment plan can be formed. Individualized Invisalign aligners will be made to gently move your teeth to their ideal positions. Wear your Invisalign aligners for 20 to 22 hours every day, taking them out to eat and to brush and floss. Dr. Michael Sabat delivers 6–8 weeks of Invisalign trays to the patient with instructions on when to change them. This means less appointments for you than if you had braces.

Is Oral Hygiene Hard With Invisalign?
Not at all! Invisalign aligners are easily removable, so you can brush and floss your teeth as normal. Cleaning your aligners is also simple. All you have to do is brush and rinse them in lukewarm water.
